Apex DOS DIY level switch?
Has anyone made a DIY harness that attaches to the 6 pin connector on the DOS unit? The optical sensors used by the DDR are a simple 3 wire switch (GND, +12V, Switch Status). I assume if you know the pinout of the 6 pin connector it would be easy to add level monitoring to any container.

Return Pump Ramp Start when Turned On
I want a programmable return pump to have a soft start whenever it is turned on. I created a ramp profile, but I'm struggling to figure out how to have it activate when the pump is turned on initially. I was hoping that I could have a set of statements like...

Why would you choose one over the other? I have been looking for a couple weeks and can't see much of a difference in them other than a label.

Scalability of controllers
Hi -
Looking for information regarding how many modules different controllers can actually support at once. Getting a lot of anecdotal feedback from people locally that do not have any firsthand experience and would like to be better informed before making any (potentially large) purchasing decisions.
I currently have 12 individual systems that I would like to monitor the basics (temp, salinity and pH). Likely will need to cover 20-30 systems when everything is said and done.

I just scooped up off a fellow reefer an Apex Junior, I'm going to use this for monitoring only through Fusion - want to be able to view on my IPhone when I'm away to make sure all params are good, heaters are on, lights are on.
So, It came with the Temp probe, so I need ph.,salinity, probes also want to control my 2 heaters through it and my 6 bulb ati fixture which has 2 plugs well actually three one for the fan which I could just plug into a regular power bar for an on off...

Ramp timer for mars aqua chinese LED
I have 2 chinese mars aqua 165w leds but i hate manually turning them on and adjusting the color all day, is there a controller or something that automatically ramps the intensity up and down? I know nothing of controllers or how they work and just want one for ramping my lights, any suggestions?

ReefKeeper Lite Multi-Timer Function not working normally, please help!!
Today, i plugged the PC4 to computer and changed some name on PC4. I'm not sure if i did/messed up something but after that my Multi-Timer for ALK and CA is not working properly.
I set ALK run at 10 pm for 1:16 min for 10 times during the night, but for some reason it only runs once at 10 pm then wont kick in at 11,12,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) same for CA channel. I'm sure all settings are right as it used to work fine with same setting and all firmwares are up to date. I have 2 PC4, ALK is at channel...

Apex Jr
Okay I'm looking into getting a controller for my 120 gallon reef tank. I want to be able to control my return pump, my two heaters, protein skimmer and my dosing pump. I would also like to be able to get email alerts or text alerts is that possible with the jr.? And would I have to buy an extra power bar? Also not sure if it comes with a pH probe or not if anybody can answer my questions it would be greatly appreciated.

Apex went off line.
Hello there, my apex keeps losing internet connection. I have the wifi version but I have it connected directly to my router with the Ethernet cable because my router is far from away from my aquarium and signal sucks. So I got this on my home screen. I restarted the modem, reset the apex base unit, made sure all cables are properly connected and nothing. My main issue is if I'm not able to resolve my apex connection will it still control my temp probe and heaters?
